At AJ's Bikes, we sell Road Bikes, Mountain Bikes and accessories, but our employees have greater opportunities - opportunities to give and receive great vibes and contribute to a healthy, positive environment. We take this very seriously, and are very careful in selecting a good fit for all of us at the shop. Located in Valrico, Florida, our bike shop is a family, and we hope to find others who share our values.

Our requirements: Dishonesty of any kind is not allowed here. So you must love bikes, seriously. Skateboards is a very small part of our business it is a plus if you skate, but first and foremost you must be interested in cycling of some kind. If you don't believe a bicycle or repair is the best way to spend one's money, you won't work out here. We require highly motivated staff that never compromises their integrity. You must also love hard-working, quick-paced environments. We all asssit customers, answer phones, and a multitude of other tasks, it is a must to have great people skills.
